About The Position
We are seeking an ERP Specialist to join the rapidly growing team at RANDYS Worldwide, a national one-stop supplier of highly engineered branded drivetrain, suspension, and undercar products primarily for sport utility vehicles, trucks, and crossover-utility vehicles, located in Riverside, CA. The ERP Specialist role will be responsible for understanding all IQMS (ERP) modules and creating solutions based on a variety of brands' needs and how they integrate with the ERP system. This position will require the ERP Specialist to work cross-functionally with different teams and company leaders to derive the ERP requirements and solutions. As the primary point of contact for all ERP systems, the ERP Specialist will oversee the installation and maintenance of IQMS enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. The role involves collaborating with the business to determine which processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions. The ERP Specialist will also be responsible for operational management, establishing ERP needs through business process analysis and consultation, and acting as the key administrator of the ERP system, which includes user, security, and system tasks. In addition, the ERP Specialist will write customized programs and scripts, liaise with third-party vendors for larger modifications and improvements, and champion modification and regression testing for user acceptance. Training efforts will be led and documented by the ERP Specialist, who will also provide technical support to end users and create standardized templates for ERP system requests, improvements, and modifications. The role requires analyzing and optimizing existing infrastructure and cloud performance, championing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, and supporting ERP data analysis efforts while adhering to company policies and industry regulations. Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades, functionality, and offers is also essential, along with supporting business challenges and requests via ERP functionality and capabilities.
