We are building a team to lead SCE's NextGen Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, which focuses on motivating change through streamlining and modernizing our processes and systems across the ERP landscape. Our migration to the next generation of SAP's ERP software and enabling new digital solutions will increase automation, integrate artificial intelligence, and improve data access and quality. The NextGen ERP program is a large, complex multi-year initiative designed to transform the way the electric utility operates. This critical strategic program leverages advanced technology innovations, such as machine learning and business process intelligence capabilities, to enable an enterprise-wide future-focused business transformation. This transformation builds the foundation which will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions, and create cleaner air for everyone. As an IT Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the EAM Work Management portfolio with direct responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes. Your role will involve managing vendors, contracts, risks/issues, team collaborators, and customers to ensure successful program execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity, Finance, IT Architecture, IT Grid Services, IT Operations, Supply Management, and OU partners, and will be instrumental in supporting SCE's digital transformation by employing and advocating for agile techniques throughout the project lifecycle. A typical day will involve providing program oversight by leading solution analysis, design, and implementation within program scope, schedule, and budget to ensure adherence to design principles and value targets defined in the NextGen program. You will facilitate regular meetings with System Integrators to discuss status, open issues, and opportunities for improvement on deliverables, as well as hold monthly alignment meetings with IT and OU partners to communicate program updates and request assistance in resolving difficult issues. You will also be responsible for holding vendors accountable by tracking deliverables to completion and ensuring adherence to their schedule and quality commitments as specified in their contracts. Additionally, you will identify, measure, and mitigate risks within EAM Work Management and maintain key project information in the NextGen program management repository.
