About The Position

The ERP Master Data Coordinator - Temporary is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality of master data within the PLEX ERP system. This role involves collecting and setting up parts, validating material master data, and supporting the logistics team in maintaining accurate records. The coordinator must adhere to company policies and federal regulations while performing various data management tasks.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain experience.
• Experience with MRP and ERP systems desired, previous PLEX ERP system preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communicator, capable of concisely presenting detailed status information to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills tracking numerous parts, documents, and processes.
• Self-motivated problem solver; pays attention to the details.
• Abides by safety standards and protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLEX ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and validate correct material master data for all materials for all products.
• Support Logistics team members in the creation, maintenance, and quality review of all master data entered in the ERP system.
• Maintain and track CN and Deviations Spreadsheet.
• Enter part numbers in the ERP system.
• Ensure documents are attached to the proper location and revision levels in the ERP system.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.
