About The Position

We’re hiring an ERP / IT Specialist to support and optimize enterprise systems across manufacturing and operations. This role focuses on ERP administration, IT support, and system integration to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and uptime across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of inventory, production, and operational workflows
• General IT support experience including hardware, software, and basic networking
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Clear communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ERP systems used for manufacturing, inventory, and operations
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, manage user access, and support system upgrades
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and finance to improve workflows and reporting
• Support IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Manage data integrity, backups, and system documentation
• Work with vendors and service providers on ERP and IT-related initiatives
