About The Position

As a Produce Pro Senior Software Consultant, you will work directly with customers to help them get the most value from the Produce Pro ERP platform. This role blends deep industry knowledge with hands-on problem solving, customer consulting, and system expertise.
You will partner with customers to investigate and resolve software and business process issues, recommend best practices, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver results in a fast-paced consulting environment. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.
You bring extensive experience in the fresh produce distribution industry and are comfortable advising customers on both operational and system-related challenges. You enjoy working directly with customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with teammates to deliver strong outcomes.
You are organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple customer engagements while maintaining a high standard of service. Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset are essential.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the fresh produce distribution industry
• Comfortable advising customers on both operational and system-related challenges

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of experience in the fresh produce distribution industry
• 5+ years of experience working with Produce Pro ERP or similar ERP systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role
• Accounting and/or warehouse operations knowledge
