About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday Testing Lead to oversee and manage the testing lifecycle for Workday implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or other modules, with proven expertise in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality testing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing process for Workday implementations, upgrades, or integrations, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Design and execute test cases for Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, and others.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
