About The Position

We’re ALSO, an electric mobility company originally conceived as a part of Rivian. We’re a passionate team of builders, dreamers, doers and innovators, focused on creating entirely new (not to mention, innovative and delightful) vertically integrated, small EVs designed to meet the global mobility challenges of today and tomorrow. Our mission is to inspire everyone to ride ALSO—replacing many local car, truck and SUV miles with ones on vehicles that are more affordable, more enjoyable and 10-50x more efficient. We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Finance Systems Manager - NetSuite to own the design, governance, and evolution of ALSO’s ERP ecosystem as the company scales globally. This role sits at the intersection of business process, system architecture, and technical execution, ensuring NetSuite supports both current operations and future growth in a robust, scalable, and well-governed way. As the ERP Finance Systems Manager - NetSuite, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle — from requirements and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear system and process solutions, making informed configuration and integration decisions, and ensuring technical designs align with long-term architectural standards. You will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, and IT teams, engaging directly with key stakeholders to understand challenges, align on priorities, and drive effective solutions across enterprise systems. This role also owns the integration strategy between NetSuite and third-party platforms, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and operational reliability across the broader application landscape. Success in this role requires deep NetSuite expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to act as a clear decision-maker. Your technical leadership and communication skills will help ensure our ERP ecosystem delivers consistent, compliant, and meaningful value to teams across ALSO.
