About The Position

The ERP Product Delivery Master supports the Business Application Administration and Integration Team by facilitating and monitoring Scrum processes, ensuring efficient Agile delivery across multiple projects. This role partners closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment, improve team performance, uphold Scrum values, and ensure adherence to the Definition of Done (DOD). The Scrum Master drives continuous improvement, fosters collaboration, and advocates for Agile best practices throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related field, or combination of education and experience equal to seven years.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Experience with resource management and the ability to break projects into measurable tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and projects.
  • High attention to detail with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with the Workday ERP system.
  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
  • Understanding of software development in both web and client/server environments using languages such as C#, Java, JSON, PL-SQL, XML.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Scrum Facilitation & Agile Leadership (35%) Lead and facilitate daily Scrum stand-ups.
  • Lead and participate in Agile sprint planning meetings across multiple projects.
  • Ensure Scrum processes are followed and support adherence to the Definition of Done (DOD).
  • Coach, challenge, and guide teams and stakeholders using Agile principles.
  • Backlog & Stakeholder Support (25%) Work with Product Owners to prioritize features based on business value.
  • Communicate project progress, metrics, and impediments to stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Reporting (20%) Assist with team performance reporting (burn-down charts, velocity, control charts).
  • Collect, analyze, and share team metrics; suggest new metrics and drive metric-based improvements.
  • Support resource management and break down projects into measurable tasks.
  • Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%) Coordinate collaboration between business and technical resources.
  • Apply knowledge of the SDLC, REST APIs, and software development environments to support team alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Other Duties as Assigned (10%)
