Embrace the company core values, while being responsible for product and pricing set-up and maintenance in the ERP system, plus other product functions as required.
Set-up new products in our ERP system upon approval by Turner management.
Maintain product information and pricing in our ERP system.
Enter and update master data in the ERP system (items, price records, units of measure, product groups, etc.).
Review source documents (forms, emails, spreadsheets) for completeness and accuracy before entry and clarify missing/unclear information with internal stakeholders.
Verify data by comparing ERP entries to source documents; correct errors and resolve discrepancies using defined guidelines or by escalating to a supervisor.
Maintain established coding, naming, and classification standards so that items and other records are consistent and searchable.
Perform regular data quality checks and cleanups (duplicate records, invalid codes, inactive records) and document corrections made.
Perform bulk imports or updates (e.g., pricing changes, new item loads) using templates or tools provided by IT.
Generate simple lists or reports from the ERP (e.g., item lists, open order reports) for operations and procurement as requested.
Follow data security and confidentiality policies when working with customer, vendor, and pricing information.
Document data entry procedures and update checklists or work instructions as processes change.
