About The Position

Vervint is searching for an ERP Consulting Intern to join our growing team! As a consultant, you will leverage your experience to provide business/functional expertise on client ERP implementations. Working with an incredibly talented team of ERP Consultants you will participate in client-facing sessions to understand business requirements and merge software capabilities to provide customers with best-in-class business process solutions. We value multiple disciplines for this ERP Consulting Internship, including Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or an adjacent field. Requirements

• Passion for learning, technology, and delighting our customers
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to client locations, on occasion
• Understanding of business operations, AI Tools, or data migration suites
• Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment
• Interest in combing technology and business strategy

Nice To Haves

• Experience or knowledge of ERP or other business applications (Microsoft Dynamics, D365, CRM, or Infor LN) a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with decision-makers, end users and team members to gather requirements and understand existing business processes
• Participate in functional assessments at client sites
• Contribute to recommendations for process improvements or configuration needs
• Configure and test ERP functionality to satisfy specific business requirements
• Assist with ERP implementations and upgrades, which may include pilot testing, data validation, training, and post implementation support
• Interact with business users for training, problem solving and automation of business processes
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current internal processes and procedures
