About The Position

We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating and supporting our ERP modules, while collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective implementation and improvement of ERP systems. This role requires a keen eye for process optimization and a strong ability to communicate across different departments.

Requirements

Proficiency in ERP systems
Experience in ERP implementation.
Strong understanding of supply chain analysis.
Inventory management system expertise.

Responsibilities

Support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our ERP modules.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on new features, updates, and improvements.
Translate production needs into ERP settings, workflows, and standard procedures.
Assist users with problems, create basic instructions, and provide training.
Observe and analyze production and packaging processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
Lead or support process improvement activities, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement tasks.
Create and document standard work instructions.
Communicate with supervisors, operators, maintenance staff, and leadership to understand needs and align solutions.
Act as a connector between operations and IT when system changes are required.
Support the introduction of new machines, automation, or production lines with process setup and system integration.
