Information and Technology Services (ITS) is looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst to join the Human Capital Management (HCM) team within ITS. We support U-M faculty, researchers, staff, and students in their use of technology to teach, learn, research, and work, and be leaders in their fields. We are dedicated to creating cohesive digital experiences and promoting university wide innovations. As an ERP Business Systems Analyst specializing in human resources (HR), you will be involved in all aspects of the process, including PeopleSoft Human Capital Management module and eRecruit. Your expertise in business analysis and HR-related systems will help maintain the hire to retire programs, compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize our HR operations. You will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team that prides itself on ensuring the highest level of accuracy and customer service to the University community. You will report to the Assistant Director of HCM Systems.
