The ERP Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager to provide support with documentation, meeting facilitation, and asking hard questions to ensure the success of the ERP project. Preferred experience includes ERP systems, accounting, finance, HR (especially payroll), and procurement, with project accounting being a complex area. The BA will help document requirements for an RFP, assist with vendor selections, and set up user acceptance testing (UAT). This includes acting as Business Users' advocate for information technology needs, understanding their roles, documenting their processes, integrating appropriate technology tools and capabilities, and planning for training.
