About The Position
SPR Packaging is a manufacturer of high-quality flexible packaging products serving the food, lawn and garden, industrial and agriculture markets. The ERP Business Analyst primarily supports the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s ERP environment. The ERP Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the Company’s functional teams and software applications to ensure the ERP solutions align with business objectives. Lead process improvement projects, analyzing current workflows to identify areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency. This role requires knowledge of a manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and recommend effective solutions that drive operational improvements.
