The Financial Transformation and Systems (FT&S) organization is hiring an ERP Functional Analyst to lead the O&M activities for the Asset Management Product Team. O&M marks an important milestone which will continue to expand as additional BAs migrate onto 1LMX. Ideal candidate will be responsible for working with scrum leads to manage the growing backlog of tickets and incidents associated with break/fixes and enhancement requests. The Asset Management value stream is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the asset lifecycle. Processes span both financial and operational boundaries, integrating Planning, Accounting and various O&M functions. More specifically, it accounts for the scope that is executed by the following F&BO functions: Capital Planning, Central Overhead, Asset Accounting (GFS) and Property Management. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will lead the O&M activities for the F&BO tenants within the Asset Management Product Team. This individual will partner with both functional and technical teams to ensure coordination and alignment of priorities and tasks. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: O&M BA Liaison: First line of communication with key stakeholders O&M Core Team Liaison: Manage/triage incoming tickets Incident Management: Work with customers to understand/document risks and impact to the business Defect Resolution: Coordinate resources at the BA to re-test/validate fixes as defects get resolved Status & Reporting: Maintain status and report out to leadership on daily updates, issues and concerns Test Support: Assist teams with the creation and execution of integrated test scripts and procedures Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is essential. Further Information About This Opportunity: This role is fully remote. Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship due to data restrictions.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Deep knowledge / Practical experience with relevant F&BO business processes; Capital Planning, Overhead projects, Asset Accounting and Property Management
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction
  • Organized and detail-orientated
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Program requirements necessitate US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with functional specification writing, test script writing, and functional testing
  • Prior 1LMX exposure
  • Prior experience supporting system development and implementation
