Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including reporting and system configuration.
Strong experience with NetSuite development concepts.
Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of ERP data structures.
Proven ability to drive ERP improvements and process optimization.
Experience with NSAW or similar analytics/data warehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives within NetSuite ERP to enhance usability, automation, and data integrity.
Design and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, custom fields, forms, and roles to support evolving business processes.
Own and optimize NetSuite ERP reporting, including Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
Lead reporting and analytics development within NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
Oversee SQL-based analysis, data transformations, and validation processes.
Translate business requirements into system enhancements and reporting solutions.
