About The Position

ERP Analytics and AI Architect Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an ERP Analytics and AI Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood, MO or Fairfax, VA. Position Responsibilities: Oversee, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels Develop an S/4 HANA analytics and AI strategy, and define a detailed roadmap in alignment with the organizational strategy Drive the enterprise analytics strategy aligned to S/4HANA transformation goals Validate that post‑go‑live support processes and organization are defined and enabled Lead and communicate to guide cross-functional business and technical analytics teams Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years’ experience in leading data analytics in a complex organization 5+ years’ experience in enterprise data, analytics and AI-driven process for automation Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models, master data, and analytics-relevant structures across key modules Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with leading data & analytics for S/4 HANA implementation Hands-on experience with Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and OData/API-based reporting Experience designing end-to-end data architecture leveraging SAP BTP, HANA, and integration platforms Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading data analytics in a complex organization
