You will work closely with the clients and the development team, to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the successful delivery of software products. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with an ERP software package
• Experience with scrap industry ERP systems (CRES, RIMAS, ScrapDragon, etc.) is a definitive plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to gather and document detailed business requirements
• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Document requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the development team
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team
• Facilitate communication to ensure project status, requirements, and changes are effectively conveyed
• Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) testers to ensure developed software meets specified requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients to validate software meets their expectations and requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions
