About The Position

Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IFS Cloud system to ensure smooth business operations. The ERP Analyst must have a customer focus and excellent communication skills as they will be collaborating with system users to optimize system functionality and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Business Processes / Information Systems, or equal experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with IFS in an administrative role
  • 2+ years of PL/SQL scripting
  • Experience working with multiple business functions such as Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Experience in IFS administration including configuration and customization
  • Knowledge of business and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to analyze and document business processes
  • Ability to create and maintain end-user documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to plan and manage workloads, deadlines, and project timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Administration of IFS, including creation and maintenance of system accounts and permissions
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance
  • Configure, test and deploy IFS patches and upgrades
  • Administer regression testing, user acceptance testing, and coordination of bug fixes
  • Document, and maintain business process descriptions / flows
  • Work with business process owners to help identify potential automations, issues, and possible courses of action; recommend and implement solutions
  • Create functional and technical specifications for customizations and reports
  • Customize and/or create new IFS screens, lobbies, dashboards and reports
  • Manage and support the interfaces between IFS and other applications
  • Develop and deliver IFS orientation to system users as well as educate users on system functionality and best practices
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users to ensure effective system use
  • Troubleshoot IFS related system performance issues including occasional on-call support
  • Work closely with partners to resolve issues that cannot be resolved in-house
  • Perform other duties or responsibilities as requested or required
