CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced ERP Analyst (Remote) to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role improves and supports business use of CLA’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. How you’ll create opportunities in this ERP Analyst (Remote) role:
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Application Leadership: Assists users with requests for support and information.
- Calculates test cases based on enhancements to be implemented from vendor or internally generated changes.
- Responsible for validation of vendor patches and/or upgrades to the environment.
- Has a natural customer service approach to interactions with internal clients at all levels.
- Training and Curriculum Development: Selects appropriate instructional procedures and/or methods in the development of training, and use various software applications to assemble and format information.
- Operations: Assists with enhancements as required.
- Creates process and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides.
- Participates in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information in some form.
- Communicates effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
