About The Position

The ERISA Attorney will join a legal team focused on providing expert legal advice and representation regarding the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and employee benefit plans. This role requires a strong background in ERISA law, excellent research skills, and the ability to manage class action cases effectively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active state bar license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing ERISA law
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with class action litigation is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on ERISA compliance for employee benefit plans
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client advisement
• Represent clients in class action lawsuits related to employee benefits
• Draft and review legal documents, including plan documents and regulatory filings
• Stay updated on changes in ERISA law and related regulations
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and clients to achieve optimal outcomes
