Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents effectively.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one and group interactions.
• Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy.
• Prior experience or ability to learn core transaction systems and other relevant computer programs.

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
