Requirements

  • Experience in developing banking relationships and client service.
  • Knowledge of compliance, audits, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage change while communicating consistently with team members.
  • Assist the manager in developing banking relationships within the target market.
  • Engage staff by crafting measurable goals and action plans aligned with the Bank's strategic plan.
  • Maintain and support operational standards including compliance, audits, and security.
  • Possess a solid understanding of job phases and techniques vital for performance.
  • Delegate responsibilities to promote professional growth among team members.
  • Collaborate with the Community Office Manager on performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Participate in professional development through courses, webinars, and seminars.
  • Support management and maintain a professional image in all communications and actions.
  • Encourage team involvement in community events and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to enhance client acquisition and service.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints, resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Oversee branch operations including scheduling, audits, and security training.
  • Ensure completion of regulatory training by target dates.
