  • Responsible for regulatory compliance with relevant standards along with management and execution of internal Ergonomics program including but not limited to training, auditing, injury prevention and control strategies.
  • Evaluation of injury/ incident rate data, workplace environments, tools and processes to identify risks and develop solutions to reduce workplace injuries.
  • Collaboration with Management, Health and Safety, Engineering and Employees regarding Ergonomic polices/ procedures, design criteria, projects and best practices to improve workplace safety.
  • BS Degree in Bachelors Degree in Ergonomic Sciences, Kinesiology or equivalent degree
  • 3+ year’s experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience planning/scheduling
  • Excellent computer skills required. Excel/Access/Word and minor database administration
  • Strong communication skills, written, oral, and interpersonal
  • Attention to detail, and continual diligence about follow-up
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Well organized, with the ability to multi-task.
