As Ergonomics Injury Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Health, Wellness and Ergonomics team in developing and managing existing injury prevention projects and programs, coordinating training programs, assuring effectiveness, and analyzing injury data and trends for our Front-Line agents to reduce Global Injury Rate and Lost Workdays. This includes data collection and analysis, performance tracking, and reporting, as well as travel assessments and site visits across domestic operations. You will administer training programs on an as-needed basis, collect and organize feedback to develop action items, and lead industrial tools and tech projects. Utilization of SafetyNet (Vistaire) reporting system to pull ongoing injury data and cases is also required. You will elevate safety and enterprise risk to leadership as needed.
