Requirements
- 2+ years of ER experience
- EMT-P certification (required)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations
- Passion for patient care and customer service
Responsibilities
- Start IVs, draw blood, perform EKGs, and carry out physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to urgent care needs
- Keep patients calm, informed, and reassured during procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record system
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Greet patients and visitors warmly to provide an exceptional care experience
