About The Position

BeeperMD is seeking skilled Paramedics or Medical Assistants to join their mobile team, providing at-home Primary and Urgent Care services in the Tampa, FL area. This role involves traveling to patients' homes to deliver medical care, perform essential medical assistant duties, and conduct various medical procedures.

Requirements

• Active Florida MA/Paramedic License
• Phlebotomy and IV Certifications (required)
• 1-3 years of blood draw and IV infusion experience
• ASCP and BLS certifications (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Reliable and self-driven
• Capable of working both independently and in teams

Nice To Haves

• EMT License (Preferred)
• 2 years of phlebotomy experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of IV infusion experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes or labs daily to provide care
• Perform medical assistant duties including taking triage details like medical histories
• Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures
• Conduct routine vital checks, swabs, lab tests, and collect and prepare specimens
• Perform IV infusions and draw blood
• Input test results into the electronic database
