As a RN at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Assessment and diagnosis
- Outcomes identification
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
- Triaging and prioritizing care needs
- Crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors)
- Emergency operations preparedness
- Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
- Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
