Uintah Pet Emergency in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced ER Registered Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. Our skilled emergency veterinarians and compassionate support staff are here to deliver exceptional care when it matters most.

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with at least 1 year of emergency experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills including safe patient restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading); fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile for patient and client experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in emergency veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in medication administration (Sub-q, IV, IM).
• Knowledge of radiology safety and technique.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in a wide range of critical tasks including IV catheter placement, blood draws, and IV fluid management.
• Perform diagnostics and supportive therapies.
• Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Post-operative patient monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client communication.
