Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• 3-5 years Emergency Room experience
• Current RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EHR documentation (EPOWERdoc preferred)

Responsibilities

• Triage patients safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Perform comprehensive assessments for patients of all ages
• Communicate effectively with physicians about patient status
• Administer medications and interpret diagnostic results
• Monitor hemodynamic status and identify cardiac dysrhythmias
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient education
