About The Position

Hospital located about an hour from Wichita, KS is looking for a full-time permanent ER Manager to join their team. Details are below.
Salary: $41.66 - $69.72/hour + $5,000 sign-on bonus!
ER Manager Opportunity:
Responsible for direction of the Emergency Department staff.
Supports and empowers staff to embrace the mission and value statements of the hospital.
Uses the triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
Manages staff in the Emergency Department, provides management of operational and nursing activities
12-hour shifts from 7am – 7pm
ER Manager reports to the CNO

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing with three (3) or more years experience in all aspects of critical care nursing preferred.
• ER Manager must have current RN License within the state of practice.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Successful completion of critical care course.
