About The Position

This position is responsible for leading the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems across several locations. The Nurse Manager II will delegate tasks related to patient care concerns, facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers, and monitor resource needs to ensure optimal patient care. The role includes managing equipment, supplies, and medications, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining clinical expertise. The Nurse Manager will also perform clinical duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field.
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire or Compact License.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Patient Safety and Nursing Principles.
  • Experience in Emergency Preparedness and Evidence-Based Medicine Principles.
  • Skills in Change Management and Business Process Improvement.
  • Familiarity with Compliance Management and Health Care Quality Standards.
