About The Position

You will support our Equities execution flow, which covers the sub-products & execution strategies such as Electronic Trading, Program Trading, High Touch Single Stock Trading, ETFs, and Capital Markets, including hedging activities for SWAP & Derivatives, where within each sub-product there are activities like trade capture, trade booking and fund allocation & confirmations, overall trade lifecycle management, particularly focused on exception handling of trades facing our Institutional clients, exchanges & clearing houses, and broker dealers across US and international markets.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and focus on providing quality 'right-first-time' output
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of various equity and derivative product lines (most notably primary and secondary equity markets)
• Knowledge of BPS, know your client (KYC), Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation Derivatives Repository Ltd. (DTCC)-Omgeo platforms, and DTC/NSCC clearing is preferred
• Flexibility (Require early/late logins)

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of trades and client fund allocations into firm systems
• Ensure delivery of client trade confirmations and trade economics & account instruction matching
• Reconciling internal position balances vs. open positions, exchange breaks, broker and client breaks
• Ensure full control over end-to-end processes with a key focus on our regulatory, risk and control landscape
• Stay ahead of new industry initiatives or regulations that may affect the day to day operational support of the product or functions therein
• Effectively trigger escalation protocol and highlight issues to all relevant stakeholders at their point of identification
