About The Position

The position involves working closely with publishing analysts to cover specific Software and AI subsectors. The candidate will conduct proprietary research to evaluate the competitive landscape, analyze industry news and company filings, attend conferences, and engage with key opinion leaders. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining financial models and industry-oriented databases, closely monitoring industry news and trends, and writing research reports for initiations of coverage, data analysis, and industry/company news. The role requires conceiving and executing differentiated project ideas, interfacing with company management teams, internal sales and trading personnel, and institutional investors, as well as maintaining relationships with industry contacts. Additionally, the candidate will execute corporate access events, including company non-deal roadshows and property tours, which may require some travel. The position also involves coordinating global Software and AI research products.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without much direction.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. finance, economics, business administration, etc.).

Benefits

• Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000.
