Role Summary The Equity Research Summer Internship program is a ten-week undergraduate internship offering associates the opportunity to: Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industry and 1 – 2 companies within the industry, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platform Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes Build 3 statement financial models to inform investment recommendations Provide strategic investment insights, not just number crunching Present investment ratings and recommendations to senior investment professionals The goal of the internship is to evaluate the associate’s potential to return after graduation for our full-time Associate Analyst program. Rising juniors will be eligible for return internship offers for the following summer pending strong performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum sophomore status (2025-2026 school year) at an accredited four-year university with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
  • Undergraduate students matriculating between December 2026 and June 2028 are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status).
