About The Position

Access to corporate management continues to be a key determinant of how our clients allocate commission dollars. Corporate Access plans and manages equity conferences, non-deal road shows and other subject matter expert, issuing corporation executives and institutional investor engagements.

Requirements

College Graduate
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
Ability to interact with management teams and internal/external partners in a thoughtful and strategic manner
Demonstrate leadership qualities with attentiveness to detail
Strong understanding of Excel and analytical skills
Quick learner of technology and the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Liaise with company management teams, equity research and institutional sales to develop and execute corporate access events.
Effectively market Corporate Access events internally to research sales and sales trading.
Work closely with research sales and sales trading to monetize Corporate Access events.
Assist with the preparation of corporate and investor briefing books with the ultimate goal of increasing Corporate Access events.
Assist with the creation of feedback materials.
