In this role, you will: Participate in initiatives within Securities Sales and identify opportunities for process improvement Review and analyze business and operational objectives, applying independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables Present recommendations to clients while building expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve business goals Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Apply independent judgment while developing knowledge of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance standards Receive guidance and direction from leaders while contributing to team objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
  • Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
