Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year for Associate, and between $175,000 and $250,000 per year for VP, at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting or financial services
  • Proven conceptual and analytical problem solving, organizational ability, meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize complex, time-sensitive projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals through collaboration with other teams within the Firm
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • preference for candidates with Python experience
  • Preference for candidates familiar with institutional businesses
