The position involves managing the inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies on the job site. The individual will be responsible for sourcing bulk tool discounts and managing purchase orders. They will also oversee the tool charge-out system and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaboration with the Internal Audit team is essential to account for all tools and materials, and engagement with the Accounting Department is necessary to generate invoices for rented or sold items. The role includes organizing inspections and repairs of tools and equipment to maintain safe operating conditions, overseeing delivery and pickup of inventory, managing laborers and carpenters for equipment movement tasks, scheduling job site scrap-outs, and tracking truck maintenance. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
