About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking a dedicated Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment to support our world-class semiconductor operations. You'll work collaboratively with engineering teams across our Global Design Labs to ensure seamless equipment performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in an Electronics-related field, Computer Science or Equivalent Military Electronics training
• 1+ years experience: In-depth familiarity with Teradyne, Eagle, and Advantest platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronics
• Ability to Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems

Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
