About The Position

As an Equipment Technician at Millennium, you will operate in a safe manner, ensuring that all inbound, picking, packaging, and shipping of Millennium deliveries are completed accurately and on time. In addition, this role is to ensure the Millennium Rental and Leasing Fleet is of the utmost quality, that procedures are followed as written, and that suggestions are made as needed to improve our processes.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with clients and internal team
- Willingness to learn and listen
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiar with Basic Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

Responsibilities
- Check In/Out Equipment
- Repair & Maintain Equipment
- Pick/Pack/Ship Orders
- Fulfill/Receive Orders within Netsuite
- Follow procedures using our warehouse management system to track all inventory moves
- Report Physical and Rental Inventory
- Verify equipment and all inventory meets/exceeds quality standards
- Ensure equipment is returned in acceptable condition with required components
- Perform routine maintenance
- Operate in ERP and communication platforms
- Provide Technical support to team and clients
