About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Equipment Specialist & Product Support professional to maintain, repair, and support automotive service equipment. This role combines warehouse-based equipment repair with field service, customer support, and technician training. Prior experience with automotive service equipment is highly valued.

Requirements

Automotive certification preferred; relevant hands-on experience considered in lieu of certification
Strong mechanical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to maneuver up to 150 lbs using a hand truck
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending
Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish automotive service equipment in both warehouse and field environments
Provide phone-based and on-site technical support to customers and technicians
Diagnose equipment issues and guide customers and technicians through repair solutions
Maintain accurate records of repairs, service activity, and inventory
Assist with tracking equipment, products, and supply levels
Train and educate technicians on proper equipment usage and BG product effectiveness
Communicate service delays or issues promptly to internal teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support CSR delivery routes during holidays, absences, or high-volume periods
Operate commercial delivery vehicles, including lift-gate trucks, as required
Follow all company safety, security, and compliance policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
