About The Position

The Equipment Sales Support role at Midwest Veterinary Supply involves assisting in increasing equipment sales to both existing and new accounts. The position requires building relationships with clients and vendor management to drive sales growth, while also providing support to the Equipment Sales Director and Equipment Specialist.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year business degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience within the veterinary industry preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience within purchasing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary hospital equipment desirable.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Equipment Sales Director and Equipment Specialist with quotes and online requests.
• Track demos, returns, and dosimetry badges.
• Track website updates and provide equipment information to the ecommerce department.
• Keep track of price lists, equipment PDFs, and equipment manuals on the equipment drive.
• Stay current on new product offerings from equipment vendors and assist with PDFs and computer number requests for new products.
• Update equipment price sheets and specials prior to all shows and conferences throughout the year.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
