About The Position

As an Equipment Sales Coordinator, you will support the fulfillment of the heating equipment sales process, including supporting the heating equipment installation process, requesting credit approvals, and performing account set-ups. Your goal will be to apply for credit approvals and to engage the Service team. Your success will be measured by your ability to have the installation dates scheduled in a timely and quality manner. Requirements

  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of relevant products and processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in general computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities and a customer‑focused mindset
  • High school diploma required, college diploma or university degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Sales Support or related administrative or customer‑service function

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interact with coworkers in a respectful, professional manner and maintain strict confidentiality of customer and employee information
  • Receive finalized sales documentation from sales representatives and ensure all materials are accurately reviewed, processed, and filed
  • Prioritize and execute daily and weekly tasks to consistently meet established deadlines
  • Submit and track credit approval requests in alignment with company policies
  • Protect all customer information and use it solely within the scope of assigned duties
  • Set up new customer accounts or add new service locations to existing accounts, coordinating installation schedules with the service team
  • Collaborate with heating equipment sales representatives and service teams to review installation details and confirm readiness, as needed
  • Monitor the end‑to-end fulfillment of the heating equipment sales process to ensure timely execution and provide support to Residential Sales Support functions as required
