What you Need to Know: Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD: Key Responsibilities: Responsible for computerized maintenance management system, including all electronic entry and physical documents, relating to equipment. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all equipment information. Maintain equipment files, archive and retrieve records. Generate, distribute, reconcile, and analyze reports. Assist in the development of management reports regarding statistical process control. Track the status and completion of all work orders. Serve as subject matter expert for computerized maintenance management system. Initiate corrective and preventative maintenance work orders and distribute to appropriate areas. Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling. Establish and adjust PM masters for individual pieces of equipment. Responsible for approval process for new and existing equipment Develop documents in support of equipment management department. Documents include: qualification protocols, job plans, and procedural documents. Provide training and mentoring. May perform limited equipment maintenance activities. Perform other related duties as necessary to support organizational, regional and departmental business and quality goals.
