As an Equipment Repair Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment while providing excellent customer service. You will manage a daily schedule of repair calls, identify the cause of equipment issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pool equipment repair, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, or related field service work
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and able to manage a daily route effectively
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred
Renovation experience is a plus, including plaster, tile, and deck repair/sealing

Responsibilities

Manage and complete a daily schedule of repair and service appointments
Diagnose and repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automation systems, chlorinators, and backwash valves
Perform PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing repairs
Troubleshoot and work safely with 110-volt and 220-volt electrical equipment
Communicate repair findings and solution options clearly with customers
Complete repairs in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner
Maintain truck inventory and ensure materials and parts are properly stocked
Use a smartphone and mobile tools to manage work orders, updates, and service notes
Identify additional opportunities to improve equipment performance and customer experience
Follow company procedures, service standards, and safety protocols
