Foster a clean, efficient work environment, adhering to structured 5S practices and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and instruct team members, elevating their capabilities while solidifying your leadership potential. Create and manage records through our CMMS system to track maintenance history effectively. Analyze and troubleshoot control systems, leveraging predictive maintenance technologies wisely. Safeguard the workplace by upholding stringent safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, paired with industry-relevant experience or an advanced position through our technician program
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and systems insight, paired with adept repair skills
  • Capability to deploy specialized tools and adapt to workplace demands
  • Physical resilience and comfort in environments that may involve diverse tasks such as lifting heavy weights, working in confined spaces, and exposure to various elements and high noise levels
