The Equipment Rental Specialist role is an inside sales position, primarily supporting telephone and walk-in customers with their rental needs for various construction and industrial equipment. This front-line role involves understanding customer equipment requirements, negotiating, and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and a professional attitude are essential for delivering customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
