About The Position

The Equipment Processing Technician is responsible for processing and inspecting medical equipment, including disassembling and reassembling it and processing and managing the associated accessories, in a district office. The Equipment Processing Technician also is responsible for the entry of data associated with these tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in hospital setting or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift and/or push 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Processes and inspects medical equipment.
• Disassembles and reassembles medical equipment.
• Manages associated accessories.
• Enters data associated with processing tasks.
• Cleans and inspects medical equipment for functionality.
• Completes all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ships and receives medical equipment and supplies.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Performs other assigned duties.
