About The Position
This position operates a wide variety of medium and heavy vehicles and equipment throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service and ability to work cooperatively with team members and others.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in operating a water pumper driver a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operates a variety of equipment, which may include water pumper truck, reactors, frontend loaders, bobcats, graders, and other pieces of equipment.
- Inspects equipment for safety prior to use and performs necessary basic maintenance tasks.
- Examines pathway and clear obstructions from the path of travel.
- Practices good physical work methods, utilizes good work habits, and meets established production standards.
- Uses standard methods, practices, supplies, tools, and equipment to complete tasks.
- Wears proper personal protective equipment and works in a safe work environment at all times.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and ensures a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.
